We are currently looking for a highly motivated, professional and personable Full Time Customer Service Representative to join their Household moves team. The ideal candidate will not only possess the knowledge, but be excited to assist each customer through their experience while upholding to our LEGENDARY reputation of ensuring excellent service standards, responding efficiently to customer inquiries and maintaining high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • to answering multi-line phone system
  • assisting customers with paperwork, questions and expectations for the duration of their move
  • data entry
  • Daily communication with sales reps, dispatch and counter-part to ensure customer's needs are fulfilled
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Answering emails in a timely manner
  • Calling internet leads and inquiries
  • Scheduling estimates

  • Minimum 4 years Customer Service experience
